Our private clients are seeking a part-time Housekeeper for their property located 10 minutes drive from Andover / 25 minutes drive from Newbury, home to friendly family of 4 (Mum, Dad and 2 children above 18 years old who are no around often) and 3 pet dogs. The family also employ a long-term Houseman who carries out maintenance, some gardening, and cares for the families 2 horses.
The role will entail covering all housekeeping duties; cleaning, deep cleaning, making beds and changing linen, laundry and ironing, tidying and organising of the home, light household errands/ shopping and any other duty in relation to the upkeep of the family home. There may be occasional house/dog sitting when the clients travel.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience working as a Housekeeper in private homes or hotels and should have an eye for detail. Being a driver with own car is essential.
Working days & hours: Monday – Friday, 9am – 1pm
Start date: January 2025
Salary: £19 - £20 per hour
Unless otherwise specified a minimum of 3 years relevant experience is required to receive the advertised rate of pay
