Live-in Domestic Couple role in Leicestershire

This is a modern 4 bedrooms property, used as a main residence by a family of 4 adults and a dog. 2 additional self-contained guest apartments are annexed to the main building, and all is set in 6 acres of landscaped grounds.

The ideal Domestic Couple will consist of an excellent Housekeeper and a Gardener/Groundsman.

Duties:

- Daily housekeeping

- Laundry, ironing and wardrobe management

- Scheduled deep cleaning

- Shopping and running errands

- Occasional light, healthy cooking 

- General Maintenance (both interior and exterior, including a pool)

- Gardening, including care of a kitchen garden

- Use and care of garden machinery

- Managing household utilities and systems (heating, water etc)

- Driving and looking after the household vehicles and garages

- Organising and overseeing trades and contractor

- Dog care - vets appointments, walking, groomers visits

- Dog sitting and house sitting when the family are not in residence

Ideal Couple:

- Experienced and hardworking

- Proactive, with a great eye for detail

- Excellent time-management skills

- Flexible

Working days: usually Monday to Friday, with flexibility required on evenings and weekends

Working Hours: 40 hours per week 

Accommodation: a separate self-contained (newly renovated) 2 bedroom apartment. Own entrance, use of garage area and courtyard. All bills covered, including reasonable utility bills.

Salary: up to £70K gross per annum, DOE

Unless otherwise specified a minimum of 2 years relevant experience is required to receive the advertised rate of pay.
