Throughout the past 8 years, Randolphs has been working very closely with the Norland agency.

In 2024, we were very excited to work on a new project with Norland College and have been able to offer an exclusive training course to some of our Nannies!

Julia Gaskell, their Head of Careers & Consultancy has kindly accepted a role to train some of our nannies on “Supporting and Managing Positive Behaviour”

This course aims to empower Practitioners to support and manage positive behaviour in children. Our Nannies learned about children’s emotions and behaviours and how they can help children in their care to better understand their own emotions, why they occur and how to handle them. They reviewed common approaches to behaviour management and reviewed their effectiveness; and have been introduced to key strategies that can be used to support children’s behaviour and wellbeing. They have gained an understanding of techniques that can help the children in their care to regulate, improve and take ownership of their own behaviour.

Due to limited spaces the training was only available to a select group of our wonderful Nannies. We greatly appreciate all the hard work and dedication from each one of our nannies and we wanted to express our gratitude with this gesture.
