Our private clients are seeking an experienced and proactive Live-in Housekeeper/Cook to support their primary residence in Shrawley, Worcestershire.
The ideal housekeeper/cook will be experienced within private households, hands-on, and highly organised, with a flexible and proactive approach. Being a driver is mandatory. Candidates must have the right to work in the UK.
Working days & hours: Permanent full time employment contract – working hours will vary when the clients have guests
Duties but not limited to:
- Full housekeeping including daily cleaning, deep cleaning and maintaining high standards throughout
- Laundry, ironing and changing bed linens
- Packing/ unpacking suitcases
- Care of fine furnishings and finishes, including specialist tasks such as window cleaning, chandelier dusting and silver polishing
- Cooking for the household (mainly dinner for the 2 principals).
- Driving duties as required
Accommodation: Private 1-bedroom cottage/apartment provided, and all bills included
Salary: £43K – 55K gross per year
Start date: ASAP
Unless otherwise specified a minimum of 2 years relevant experience is required to receive the advertised rate of pay.
