Victoria is one of our Senior Consultants, having joined Randolphs 9 years ago, she continues to work with an array of clients based in London and overseas on senior roles.

Victoria is also running the busy Randolphs Private Chef desk. Originally from St Petersburg, where she gained a degree in business law, Victoria spent seven years working as a company lawyer, before relocating, first to the Philippines, where she worked in human resources in Manila, and then to London, with her English husband.

Victoria specialises in private household staff recruitment since 2012.
