On behalf of our private HNW entrepreneurial client, we are seeking a discreet, highly detail oriented, experienced, proactive self-starter with a driven personality and global experiences.
This is an exciting, relatively new but successful venture in the field of international family office advisory.
Strong communications skills are key to this role, plus the ability to bring ideas to the table, think outside of the box and be comfortable in a relatively unstructured, high-growth environment currently.
Ad hoc flexibility beyond normal working hours is part of the role and will be expected as you will be communicating with stakeholders, team members and contacts between the United States and Middle East.
You will be expected to be highly responsive to colleagues across time zones, with a focus on the United States/ East Coast currently (requiring responsiveness in the evenings), and with expectations for colleagues in the Middle East and Asia in the coming years.
The role is based in the company’s offices in Mayfair and has a flexible remote work policy.
Duties/skills include (but not limited to):
· Previous experience in a similar role in a family office, private office or chief executive office setting and be able to hit the ground running
· Technically savvy & proficiency in all Microsoft products
· International work experience in a chief executive office, professional services and/ or financial services
· Problem solving skills and growth mindset, able to tackle new challenges
· Highly discrete, trusted to handle confidential information, and able to act tactfully and with sensitivity
· Financial accounting, receipting and accounts experience
· Manage and co-ordinate complex calendars, make booking and reservations internationally (US, Europe, Middle East)
· Proofread and prepare financial reports, statements, and legal documents
· Maintain agenda and notes for management and board meetings
· Maintain a highly professional relationship with financial advisors, legal team, and other service providers
· Conduct desktop research to help prepare the principal for key meetings
· Identify, learn, use and deploy new AI tools and agents to make routine company processes more efficient
Working Days & Hours: Monday to Friday; 9am – 6pm with outside support expected as above
Salary: £70k gross + bonus structure DOE
Unless otherwise specified a minimum of 2 years relevant experience is required to receive the advertised rate of pay.
