- Our returning private clients are seeking a live-in Houseman for their second residence based in Weybridge. The family spend approximately 3 months of the year at the residence.
Duties will include working alongside the Housekeeper and Property Manager to covering a range of duties ensuring high standards are always maintained, this could include hands-on housekeeping/ assistant the Housekeeper where needed, light maintenance/ DIY duties, upkeep of outside areas etc. There will be additional duties when the family visit including;
- Family style cooking, preparing cooked and continental breakfast plus light/simple meals on request through the day.
- Table setting and service duties plus clearing away post meal times
- Driving the principals/ family members both locally and to and from central London. Large/luxury cars will be provided so it is essential that applicants are highly confident drivers and feel comfortable driving these vehicles.
- A large part of this role will be staying at the property overnight for additional security purposes, so it is essential applicants are happy to commit to sleeping at the residence every evening including on their days off.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in private household, be a great team player, have a highly flexible attitude and be happy to take direction/instruction. It is essential you are a confident and experienced driver and are happy to stay at the residence daily for security reasons.
Working days & hours: Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm (with flexibility to work additional hours/weekends when the family are in residence) with overnight stays at the residence daily (there will be 4 nights per month that you will be able to leave the property as the Housekeeper will stay at the residence during these periods)

Salary: £45,000 gross per year
