On Behalf of our UHNW client, we are seeking a well-organised Housekeeper, to look after their newly-renovated property (and a friendly Goldendoodle dog) in South Kensington.
The house is 300sqm, with 2-3 bedrooms, and an extensive art and antiques collection.
As the principals travel extensively, flexibility is a must. Some of their adult children, although not living there permanently, spend some time at the property.
Our clients can proudly say to have had some long-serving staff for 20 years (which is testament to the positive household environment they create). Therefore, they are ideally seeking similarly loyal staff, who can demonstrate longevity in their career.
As these clients travel extensively and live at the property for a total of approximately 6 months a year.
The household will have another housekeeper which would be live-in.
Schedule: Monday to Friday
Duties:
Housekeeping
Laundry to a really high standard
Simple family-style cooking (especially important for the live-in Housekeeper)
Taking care of a large art and antiques collection
Pet-care: looking after a medium-sized Goldendoodle dog
Requirements:
Experience in a similar role, with demonstrated longevity
Experience looking after arts and antiques
Kind, loyal, and pet-friendly individuals
Flexibility is a must
Start date: the renovation work will be completed by April. Possibility to start sooner (in another property of theirs) for the right candidates
Salary: £45+ gross per year for the live-out position.
Unless otherwise specified a minimum of 2 years relevant experience is required to receive the advertised rate of pay.
