On behalf of our client, we are looking for a Senior Sous Chef looking to take the next step in their culinary career.
The Cuan Restaurant and Hotel is a renowned boutique hotel and award-winning 100 seat restaurant, in the heart of Strangford Village, County Down. Primarily showcasing exceptional seafood and fresh local produce.
What we are looking for:
- A talented and creative chef with a passion for fresh, seasonal ingredients
- Strong leadership skills to support the Head Chef and inspire our kitchen team
- Responsibility for the kitchen to cover holiday or days off for the Head Chef
- Minimum 2 years’ experience as Sous Chef in high-quality dining, with a focus on seafood and local cuisine
- Ability to maintain high standards in a fast-paced environment
- A team player with a positive and professional attitude

Salary: £40k based on experience (plus tips)
Unless otherwise specified a minimum of 2 years relevant experience is required to receive the advertised rate of pay
