- Description
On behalf of our private client, we are looking for an experienced General Manager for their Coachworks garage.
Hours of Work: 40 hrs week (8am - 4.30pm with a half an hour lunch)
Duties:
- Manage and oversee the daily operations of two workshops, ensuring efficiency and high-quality standards.
- Lead, motivate, and mentor a team, fostering a productive and positive work environment.
- Work on upcoming campaigns and oversee offsite projects.
- Conduct client visits, including international travel when required.
- Maintain and improve quality control across all projects.
- Work closely with the Company Director to align business objectives.
- Manage budgeting, profit & loss, and financial reporting.
- Conduct performance reviews and identify training needs for staff development.
- Ensure compliance with Health and Safety policies and procedures.
- Oversee administrative tasks related to team management and project execution.
- H&S compliant at all times
Salary: £45 – 55K gross per year
