Live-in House Manager in Kuwait

Working for a friendly, informal UHNW family, we are seeking a professional, experienced House Manager.

The family of six (four young children) are moving (from within Kuwait) to the residence later this year and require someone to work alongside approximately 10 other staff.

The property is undergoing renovation and initially the role will be to do inventories, manage the move and staff. Accommodation until then would be a rented studio.

We are seeking an energetic, strong, enthusiastic candidate who is able to set boundaries whilst maintaining professionalism and empathy with staff and principals.

This role would particularly suit an ex Chief Stewardess or Head Housekeeper. 

Role involves:

• Staff Management


• Assist staff if and when required (hands on role as and when needed)


• Inventories


• Stock management


• Shopping


• General admin and assistance


• Occasional travel to second home within one hour of main property.

Skills

• Experience in a similar role recently


• Good communication, patience and excellent organisation skills are essential


• English language skills required. Arabic an advantage but not essential.

Days of work: 6 days per week. Could lead to 5 days per week depending on organisation and candidate

Hours: full time

Accommodation: Room with Ensuite within main house

Salary: €60-80K per year depending on experience

Unless otherwise specified a minimum of 2 years relevant experience is required to receive the advertised rate of pay.
