Live-out Hostess within a Private Estate in Qatar

Randolphs is seeking a number of experienced Hostesses to join a UHNW private estate in Qatar. 

The ideal candidates will have experience in a similar role within 5* hotels, high-end restaurants and members club. 

You will be accustomed to operating within a very luxurious environment, dealing with high profile guests. 

Duties:

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide a welcoming first impression.


• Escort guests to their tables, ensuring smooth seating arrangements and efficient table turnover


• Maintain a courteous, professional, and friendly demeanor at all times.


• Ensure adherence to high-end service etiquette and dining protocols, especially for fine dining and VIP events.


• Provide personalized service by remembering guest preferences and accommodating special requests


• Assist in managing reservations and seating plans to optimize the guest experience.


• Handle guest reservations through phone, email, and online booking platforms.


• Maintain an organized seating chart and manage table assignments efficiently.


• Communicate effectively with the wait-staff and management to ensure smooth operations.


• Provide guests with menus, answer inquiries about food and beverages, and offer recommendations when needed.


• Address guest concerns or complaints promptly and professionally.


• Assist in coordinating special requests such as birthdays, anniversaries, or VIP accommodations.


• Maintain effective communication with servers, kitchen staff, and management to ensure seamless service.


• Monitor dining area flow and inform servers of new guests or special requests.


• Assist in clearing tables and resetting them for the next guests when necessary


• Ensure the entrance, waiting area, and dining spaces are clean, organized, and visually appealing.


• Monitor lighting, music, and temperature to create a pleasant dining atmosphere.


• Uphold hygiene and safety standards in accordance with restaurant policies.

Salary: $2-5K/month

Accommodation & Health Insurance: Provided

Unless otherwise specified a minimum of 2 years relevant experience is required to receive the advertised rate of pay.
