Live-out Waitress within a Private Estate in Qatar

Randolphs is seeking a number of highly experienced Waitresses to join a the F&B team within a UHNW private estate in Qatar.

Duties:

• Greet guests warmly and provide excellent customer service throughout their dining experience.


• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring special requests are noted.


• Serve food and drinks promptly, following proper service etiquette and presentation standards.


• Engage with guests professionally, offering menu recommendations and answering inquiries.


• Maintain high standards of service, including fine dining etiquette, table setting arrangements, and order of service.


• Ensure guests’ needs are met with discretion and professionalism, especially for VIP and high-profile clientele.


• Assist in managing special requests, dietary restrictions, and personalized dining experiences.


• Communicate effectively with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely order preparation.


• Monitor guest satisfaction, addressing concerns promptly and escalating issues to management when necessary.


• Process payments accurately, handle cash and card transactions, and issue receipts.


• Set up tables with proper utensils, glassware, napkins, and condiments.


• Maintain cleanliness and order in the dining area, ensuring tables are promptly cleared and reset.


• Monitor stock levels of service items and inform management when restocking is needed.


• Work closely with hosts, kitchen staff, and fellow servers to provide a seamless dining experience.


• Assist in opening and closing duties, including side work and preparation for the next shift.


• Participate in staff training to improve service skills, menu knowledge, and hospitality standards.


• Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation guidelines at all times.


• Adhere to responsible alcohol service policies and ensure compliance with local health regulations.


• Maintain knowledge of emergency procedures and guest safety protocols.

Salary: $2-5K/month DOE
