Randolphs is seeking a number of highly experienced Waitresses to join a the F&B team within a UHNW private estate in Qatar.

You will pride yourself in providing exceptional customer service and find yourself at ease even in the most luxurious venues.
Duties:
- Greet guests warmly and provide excellent customer service throughout their dining experience.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring special requests are noted.
- Serve food and drinks promptly, following proper service etiquette and presentation standards.
- Engage with guests professionally, offering menu recommendations and answering inquiries.
- Maintain high standards of service, including fine dining etiquette, table setting arrangements, and order of service.
- Ensure guests’ needs are met with discretion and professionalism, especially for VIP and high-profile clientele.
- Assist in managing special requests, dietary restrictions, and personalized dining experiences.
- Communicate effectively with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely order preparation.
- Monitor guest satisfaction, addressing concerns promptly and escalating issues to management when necessary.
- Process payments accurately, handle cash and card transactions, and issue receipts.
- Set up tables with proper utensils, glassware, napkins, and condiments.
- Maintain cleanliness and order in the dining area, ensuring tables are promptly cleared and reset.
- Monitor stock levels of service items and inform management when restocking is needed.
- Work closely with hosts, kitchen staff, and fellow servers to provide a seamless dining experience.
- Assist in opening and closing duties, including side work and preparation for the next shift.
- Participate in staff training to improve service skills, menu knowledge, and hospitality standards.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation guidelines at all times.
- Adhere to responsible alcohol service policies and ensure compliance with local health regulations.
- Maintain knowledge of emergency procedures and guest safety protocols.
Salary: $2-5K/month DOE
Accommodation & Health Insurance: Provided
