Live-out F&B Director in Qatar

Randolphs is seeking an exceptional Food & Beverage Director, to join a UHNW private estate in Qatar. 

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing high-end luxury venues, where attention to details is second to none.

A proven track record of seamlessly orchestrate different outlets operations to provide premium service to the clients is what sets you apart. 

Duties:

• Oversee all food and beverage operations, ensuring exceptional service standards and efficiency.


• Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance profitability and customer satisfaction.


• Ensure adherence to high-end service protocols and etiquette.


• Train and mentor staff in fine dining service, table setting, and guest interaction etiquette.


• Oversee VIP events, dignitary visits, and high-profile functions, ensuring flawless execution.


• Financial Managements (budgets, control costs, revenue, Analyze financial reports, increased profitability).


• Manage vendors and suppliers contracts to maintain quality while controlling costs.


• Guest Experience & Quality Control: Maintain superior quality standards in food, beverages, and service.


• Recruit, train, and lead a high-performing F&B Team.

Salary: $15K/month
