- Description
On behalf of our VVIP clients, we are looking for a Maintenance Assistant for their property in Belgravia.
The property was recently redeveloped, it is one of the principals second residences as well as high-end office space.
The ideal Maintenance Assistant will be a team player, adaptive, discreet and can work independently. They will have previous experience working in 5 star hotels & apartments.
Duties:
- Keep all areas of the building (including the exterior of the building) clean and tidy throughout the shift.
- Assist housekeeping staff with cleaning.
- Perform carpet cleaning and jet washing of internal courtyard areas
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as light bulb replacement, repairing basic fixtures.
- Carry out regular floor walks of the building and report and log any issues/actions as required
Schedule: 5 days a week – Monday to Friday,
There are two shifts: 6:30am – 3:30pm and 10am – 7pm.
Benefits: If you would be required to work on a weekend, there will be a day in lieu provided.
Salary: £30K gross per year

Unless otherwise specified a minimum of 2 years relevant experience is required to receive the advertised rate of pay.
