Our private clients are seeking an experienced Chief Stewardess to work aboard their 40m yacht, based in Monaco during the summer season, and to travel with them to their residences in Italy, Switzerland (St. Moritz), and the USA during the off-season. The role requires a high level of service and flexibility across both yacht and land-based environments.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Oversee all stewardess operations on board, maintaining the yacht to the highest standards.
Coordinate daily schedules and guest requests, ensuring an exceptional level of hospitality.
Ensure guest cabins and communal areas are immaculate and fully stocked.
Manage the provisioning, service, and presentation of all meals and beverages.
Maintain inventory control and ensure all necessary supplies are well-stocked.
Provide Silver Service and high-level housekeeping, laundry, and wardrobe management.
Cocktail preparation and bartending duties as required.
During the off-season, transition to a land-based Stewardess/Housekeeper/Butler role at the principals' residences, ensuring seamless service and hospitality.
Candidate Requirements:
Experience: Minimum 2-3 years in a similar role on a luxury yacht with the same owner preferred.
Qualifications:
STCW95 Certificate
ENG1 Medical Certificate
Security Awareness
Powerboat Licence Level 2 (for tender driving)
Masseuse Certification (preferred but not essential)
Skills:
Strong knowledge of yacht service standards
Silver Service and hospitality expertise
Housekeeping and laundry proficiency
Experience in provisioning and inventory management
Cocktail making and bartending
Languages: Fluent English is essential; proficiency in Italian and/or French is a plus.
Must have the right to work in Monaco.
Additional Details:
Working Hours: Vary according to client needs; flexibility is essential.
Contract: Monaco maritime contract, subject to approval by the Monaco Labour Office and medical tests.
Salary: €4,200/month.
Start Date: ASAP.
