Live-out Executive Housekeeper in Buckinghamshire

Our private clients are seeking a part-time, live-out Housekeeper for their private estate based in Stokenchurch, Buckinghamshire. The family employ Housekeepers for their private residence on site, but in this role, you will make up part of the operations team to be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness and ensuring the readiness of 3 properties on the estate which are used for private and corporate events and guest stays as well as preserving the good condition of infrastructure and ensure that facilities are safe, cared for correctly and well-functioning. 

Duties may vary depending on the property and time of year but will include: 

• Maintaining cleanliness and readiness of designated properties.


• Conduct routine checks, report damages, and arrange repairs.


• Manage cleaning contractors and oversee deep cleaning schedules.


• Organise waste disposal and window cleaning services.


• Ensure event venues are well-stocked with cleaning supplies.


• Assist with housekeeping duties, including laundry, ironing, and making beds.


• Support event setups, check-ins, and post-event clean-ups.


• Oversee and improve housekeeping processes and standards.


• Covering housekeeping at the main residence when needed 

The ideal candidate will possess excellent organization and time management skills, have an eye for detail with extensive previous experience in high-end housekeeping, be a strong communicator, team player, highly discreet and pro-active. 

Working days & hours: 3 x 9 hour days (Monday - Wednesday but can be flexible on days, weekend work will occasionally be required for events) 

Start date: March 2025 (1 year maternity cover)

Salary: £32,850 gross per annum

Unless otherwise specified a minimum of 3 years relevant experience is required to receive the advertised rate of pay
