On behalf of our UHNW Client, we are seeking a Client Service Provider (CSP) Lead, to join a range of beautiful international residences.
You would manage a team of 2, leading by example and providing guidance and support in ensuring consistent 5* levels of service across our Client's portfolio of properties.
The ideal candidate will be highly experienced within a UHNW client-facing role, discreet, enthusiastic and proud to anticipate the client's needs.
Whilst a yachting, aviation or VIP Concierge backgrounds would be ideal, we are open-minded. Ultimately, what we are looking for is a creative and enthusiastic personality, combined with solid experience in the UHNW sector.
Duties:
- Leading by example a team of 2, in providing excellent 5* service to the principal and their family
- Ensuring consistency amongst the various international properties, to ultimately provide a truly bespoke experience
- Take the lead in fulfilling client's requests, liaising with the Estate/House Manager at each location
- Being the main point of contact between your team and the client
- Seeking to innovate and improve ways to serve your principals
- Aiming at anticipating the client's needs
- Responsible for inventory management in the various residences
- When at the residences, providing all F&B service, overseeing (and providing light) Housekeeping, packing/unpacking
- Execute ad-hoc projects as directed by the Estate Manager
• You must be based in London and willing to travel extensively (or be on stand-by) according to the staff rota
Working days:
- Peak months (December, June, July & August): 6 days a week, you will be busy travelling for the Client and delivering services with your team.
- Remainder of the year: 5 days a week, rotations are 2 weeks on standby, 2 weeks off. It is forecasted that you would be called for at least half of standby duties, but you would be expected to be available at all times during your standby period.
Working Hours: Shift patterns (whether actively on duty or on call) would be either 7am-5pm or 11am-9pm.
Travel: accommodation, food & travel expenses provided (only when travelling)
Salary: £65-70K gross per year, DOE
Start Date: End of February
Unless otherwise specified, a minimum of 2 years relevant experience is required to receive the advertised rate of pay.
