Live-out Temporary Afternoon Nanny/ Housekeeper in Northwest Lon

Our returning clients are seeking a part-time Nanny/Housekeeper to join their family of 3, soon to be 4 who are based in Kensal Rise, Northwest London.

The clients are looking for an experienced, development focused Nanny with a flexible attitude who is happy to get stuck in where needed to contribute to the smooth running of family life and ensure the household is left orderly, clean, and tidy each evening. The typical working afternoon will look something like this –

1. 1pm – 3pm – housekeeping duties including hands-on tidying, cleaning, organising, family laundry and ironing, changing the linens when required, light cooking for the children, occasional household shopping and errand running.


2. 3-4pm – School pick-up


3. 4pm – 6pm – engaging with the children through play and organising activities with a developmental focus to promote reaching milestones and language, always providing a nurturing and secure environment, dinner time, bath time and clearing and tidying away so the home if left in order at the end of each day.

The ideal candidate will hold childcare qualifications and be highly knowledgeable in child development with at least 5 years’ experience in childcare overall and have previously worked with under 1 year old babies.

Assignment dates: ASAP for 6 months (with a view to become a permanent position)

Working days & hours: Monday – Thursday, 1pm – 6pm (with occasional evening babysitting when required for additional pay)  

Salary: £22 per hour on self-employed basis (may be negotiable depending on experience and qualifications)

Unless otherwise specified a minimum of 3 years relevant experience is required to receive the advertised rate of pay
