On behalf of our private client, we are currently seeking an experienced and loyal Nanny to join a warm and fully staffed household near Newbury, Berkshire. The role involves caring for three children aged 2, 3.5, and 6 years old while working alongside a Housekeeper and other household staff. The ideal candidate will be flexible, enthusiastic, energetic, a confident driver, and pet-friendly, as the family has a dog.
Duties include (but are not limited to):
- Providing full childcare support for the three children.
- Assisting with daily routines, including school runs, meal preparation, and engaging in age-appropriate activities.
- Occasionally assisting with light family cooking.
- Supporting the household as needed when the mother is with the children.
- Accompanying the family on trips for up to 6 weeks per year.
Working hours:
- Full-time, 5 days per week (including one weekend day).
- 7:30 AM to 7:30 PM.
Accommodation: For live-in candidates: Separate accommodation with one bedroom, living room, and kitchen.
Salary: £45 -55k gross per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
Start Date: As soon as possible, latest by 13th January 2024.
Unless otherwise specified, a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience is required to receive the advertised rate of pay.
