We are looking for a professional handyman/property maintenance individual to work for our private clients based in Lake Como, Italy.
The position is permanent, live-out and full time Monday to Friday!
The Ideal candidate will be flexible with days and times. Whilst the clients do no reside permanently at the property, when they are staying, the candidate will be required to do extra days/hours including weekends.
Duties required but not limited to:
- Property maintenance
- Plumbing, electric
- Follow construction works from companies
- Running errands
Requirements:
- Relevant experience in private properties or 5* hotels
- Driving licence
- English and Italian speaking
- Checkable references
Salary is negotiable between €2500 - €3000 net per month
Unless otherwise specified a minimum of 3 years relevant experience is required to receive the advertised rate of pay
