Our client is currently seeking an experienced, discrete and professional Butler to work in their fully staffed residence.
The family travel frequently, with extended periods away during summer and winter, although their schedule is often flexible and subject to change at a very last minute.
They maintain a very private lifestyle, so discretion and professionalism are paramount.
To provide formal and informal service and feel comfortable greeting and serving guests.
The family would prefer a formally trained Butler, but this is not a must.
Responsibilities include:
- Overseeing the correct layout, change-over, and upkeep of table settings for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
- Serving food and drinks, ensuring the highest standards of service at all times.
- Maintaining and cleaning valuable items within the household.
- Preparing, packing, and unpacking luggage as needed.
- Managing inventory and supplies, particularly high-value items.
- Supervising and maintaining floral arrangements throughout the property.
- Welcoming and attending to guests with a high level of professionalism.
- Traveling with the family when required.
Working Days/Hours: most likely afternoon until late evening 6 days a week
Salary: £60 – 80k per annum DOE

Unless otherwise specified a minimum of 5 years relevant experience is required to receive the advertised rate of pay.
