Our HNW private client based in London is seeking an exceptional experienced live-in/out travelling full-time housekeeper.
This is a fantastic opportunity to look after a semi-formal household with exceptionally high standards.
The ideal candidate, must be flexible and willing to adapt to occasional changes in days and hours of work, be an energetic and dynamic housekeeper happy to work (5) days a week flexibly.
Well-presented and discreet, excellent standards are expected at all times possessing longevity in all previous roles is non-negotiable along with very good written and verbal references for previous positions held - which is reflected in the proposed gross annual salary.
The successful candidate must be dog friendly as you may occasionally help to step in with dog feeding when both principals are on holiday etc.
Working day(s)/Hour(s): (5) days per week 10:00(am) - 7:00(pm) - with occasional weekends when required
Please note being able to travel is essential and paramount to the success of the role.
(6) months in Kensington London
(6) Months travelling to and from London LA, Switzerland, France (in winter months)
There is also the option to live-in for the right candidate- accommodation details will be shared during interview process.
Working with a friendly team of several others, your duties will include the below, but are not exhaustive:
- Keeping house clean and tidy throughout the day.
- General laundry and ironing including daily laundry, ironing and change of towels plus weekly change of bedding.
- Clothing care- Washing, ironing and steaming plus organising clothes, shoes etc. to dry cleaners, cobblers etc.
- Standard Maintain up-keep of furniture, art, China, collectibles, crystal and silver polishing.
- Keep constant supply of household essentials (water, coffee etc.) and cleaning materials.
- Prepare for arrival of visitors and various needs when staying.
- Assistance with luggage, packing and unpacking for journeys.
- Shopping and ad hoc errands as required. Maintenance when principals are not in residence.
- Co-ordinating deliveries and maintenance visits.
- Cooking of simple, tasty, classic meals is beneficial.
Requirements:

- Eye for detail
- Good English and communication skills are essential.
Salary: up to £65K gross per year
Unless otherwise specified a minimum of 4 years consecutive relevant experience is required to receive the advertised rate of pay
