On behalf of our returning client, we are seeking an experienced Estate Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a high-end property in West London, with occasional weekly travel to Gloucestershire.
The Principal resides mainly at his London property but visits the Gloucestershire property several weekends per month with family & sometimes during the week on his own.
The main responsibilities of the role are project management, building & property management and maintenance and land management.
You must have experience in a similar role recently/now and be familiar with the lifestyle and expectations of Ultra High Net Worth (UHNW) individuals.

- Driver required
- Able to travel to Gloucestershire easily 1-3 days per week as required
Hours/Days: Monday to Friday, 9 am to 6 pm, with flexibility based on the Principal’s schedule
Salary: £70-90k DOE
