Our private clients are seeking a live-in Head Housekeeper for their high-end, 6 storey property home to family of 5. The family also employ a full-time Cook/Housekeeper and a part-time Cleaner.
You will oversee ensuring the household runs smoothly and high standards of tidiness and cleanliness are always maintained. Duties will include covering all hands-on housekeeping and laundry to a very high standard, supervision of the part-time cleaner, as well as some very occasional family style cooking (cover for the Cook/Housekeeper when off) and some house management duties such as overseeing tradespeople, and cleaning product stock control.
The ideal candidate will be proactive with a can-do attitude being flexible with their duties to ensure the smooth running of the home. Applicants will ideally have 5+ years of experience working as a housekeeper in high-end properties.
Working days & hours:
Monday, Tuesday, Friday, 7am -6pm
Saturday, Sunday, 08:30am – 7:30pm
Wednesday and Thursday off
Accommodation:
Self-contained/ private 1 bedroom apartment within the property with separate entrance and terrace area
Start date: ASAP
Salary: £45,000 gross per year (may be negotiable for the right person)
Unless otherwise specified a minimum of 3 years relevant experience is required to receive the advertised rate of pay
