Working for an UHNW family, we are seeking a flexible, professional and discreet candidate to work for a busy family of five in their beautiful property.
Working in the 7th arrondissement of Paris this is a large 1500sqm2 property and you will work alongside other staff.
Family is young and friendly but also demanding in terms of attention to details, autonomy, proactivity and confidentiality.
Candidate should be ideally fluent in French or a least with advanced level in French both speaking and writing.
French car permit definitely a plus but not mandatory.
No travel with the family in this classic French CDI contract.
Role includes:
- Cleaning outside areas – courtyard, garden etc
- Organizing and taking care of garage
- Maintenance of property, which is new refurbished, high tech, state of the art, and includes a pool, gym, wine cellar and air conditioning throughout. Capacity to be handy is mandatory.
- When necessary, liaise with contractors : contact, cost estimate, work follow-up and debrief
- Ensure efficient and precise administrative liaison with the other staff from the holding
- Help the other household staff when required
- Occasionally : Running errands, driver, ad hoc tasks as required
- Cleaning of the private areas and children are taken care of by house keepers and a nanny
- There is no house manager, the candidate (like all other staff) will report directly to the family
Salary: 2500-3000euros net per month (depending on years of experience)
Hours/Days: Monday - Friday ; 8am-noon / 2pm-6pm - 40 hours per week (open to discussion if necessary for the candidate)
Accommodation: Separate, private accommodation within property. Private accommodation fully refurbished : 45sqm, separate bedroom, AC, living room and bathroom with WC.
Possibility to live in with a partner but no dependants, and small pets possibly allowed.
Start: ASAP
Unless otherwise specified a minimum of 2 years relevant experience is required to receive the advertised rate of pay.
