Live-in/out Executive Housekeeper in Nice

We are looking for a professional live-in/out Executive Housekeeper on behalf of our UHNW private client in Nice, France.

The ideal Executive Housekeeper will have a minimum of 10 years of experience within luxury hospitality and HNW private residences. This is a newly set-up household, therefore it is a great opportunity to add your stamp and showcase your ability in setting up a small team and SOP manuals.

Must have the relevant documentation for employment, Fluency in English is essential (French language not required), a Driving License would be a bonus.

Workings Hours: full time

Responsibilities and duties:

• Taking charge of the property end ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness are maintained, so the house is in pristine conditions at all times


• Ensuring the smooth running of the household and servicing of principals and guests


• Overseeing 2-3 members of staff


• Overseeing the upkeep of the house, engaging outside contractors, service providers and suppliers when required


• Writing of household manuals and policy documents for owner’s approval


• Staff training and development


• Regularly interacting with owners to maintain direct communication and compliance with their preferences

Accommodation – principal willing to discuss accommodation requirements, if needed

Salary: negotiable, approx. 48,000 - 62,000 gross per year DOE

Expected start time: January/February 2025

Unless otherwise specified a minimum of 2 years relevant experience is required to receive the advertised rate of pay.
