Live-out House Manager in Richmond

We are looking for a professional House Manager to work for our high-profile international client and run a property-based in Richmond.

The position is permanent, live-out, full-time.

The Ideal candidate will be someone flexible as the Principal requires extra/different working schedules when in residence.

Main duties but not limited to:

• To oversee the smooth running and operation of the property including managing other members of staff.


• To manage contractors before and after renovations.


• Dealing with all utilities, organising and entertaining as required etc

The salary is negotiable, between £50K and £60K gross annual

Unless otherwise specified a minimum of 2 years relevant experience is required to receive the advertised rate of pay.
