We are looking for a professional Property Manager for our UHNW clients to oversee a growing property portfolio in central London.
The position is permanent, live-out, full-time Monday to Friday from 9 am till 5.30 pm. With some flexibility.
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic individual to lead the London residential properties, ensuring each residence runs smoothly. The ideal candidate has a positive and can-do attitude and needs to be organized and self-disciplined. Working as part of the family office team the duties would include:
Household Staff Management
Hire and manage household staff for all properties, maintaining a high level of housekeeping and service excellence.
This includes:
- Management of the housekeeping staff across the properties
- Regularly checking and inspecting the Properties to ensure excellent housekeeping standards
- Co-ordinating annual leave and staffing levels dependent on client movements.
- Ensuring house staff are completing functionality testing and maintenance records.
- Supporting the house teams where required to ensure excellent service
- Recruitment for vacant household positions.
- The Candidate needs to be able to run Family visit if Property Housekeeper is away, ill etc
Property Maintenance
Oversee and supervise all maintenance companies to ensure that the properties are operating efficiently and to client expectations.
- Ensuring house staff keep up to date reporting of maintenance issues
- Managing the schedules and priorities of an in-house repair team of 2 people for minor works.
- Liaising with PPM maintenance company to schedule works and ensure all maintenance requirements are covered.
- Managing call outs to ensure emergency repairs are delt with promptly.
- Sourcing multiple quotes for client requested works and repairs.
- Quality checking repairs and maintenance works.
- Reviewing maintenance contracts annually to ensure the most efficient and cost effective solution.
Skills Required:
- Previous experience working with UHNW clients and understanding of UHNW service standards
- Experience in property maintenance or a relevant field.
- Excellent communication skills with house staff and maintenance companies.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
Package:
20 days annual leave plus public holidays
Up to £60K dependent on experience
Unless otherwise specified a minimum of 2 years relevant experience is required to receive the advertised rate of pay.
