Live-in German & English speaking PA/Houseman in Salzburg

On behalf of our private client, we are seeking a friendly, experienced and hands-on Household PA/Houseman to work for a busy family in their beautiful home.

You will work alongside other household staff and the family have children aged 2, 9, 13 and 15.

The ideal candidate must be kind, calm, well organized, proactive, and discreet.

Main duties (not limited to):

• Organize family calendars/appointments/travels/house chores etc


• Organising staff rotas


• Shopping and making shopping lists


• Chauffeuring and collecting shopping or any ordered restaurant meals


• Making appointment and reservations


• Taking dogs (2) to grooming appointments when necessary


• Taking children to all appointments when necessary


• Technically savvy including electrical household systems – alarms, swimming pool, curtains etc


• Book and organise family holidays


• Organise, help prepare and assist when the family entertain/have guests

Skills required:

• Recent/current experience in a similar role


• German as first language plusgood English language skills


• Child and dog friendly


• Trustworthy and efficient


• Clean driving licence & good chauffeuring skills


• Ability to work autonomously as well as part of an experienced team


• Willing to be actively involved in all areas of the household


•  Able to travel and work on a rota

Working Days & Hours: 5 full days per week on rota including weekends – approximately 10am until 6 or 7pm daily

Package : Health card/insurance car and separate apartment provided nearby

Salary: €3.5-4k net per month (paid x 15 months)

Unless otherwise specified a minimum of 2 years relevant experience is required to receive the advertised rate of pay
