On behalf of our lovely London based, private clients we are looking for a Domestic Couple for their immaculate & luxurious new home in the beautiful Cotswolds.
The ideal Domestic Couple will be professional, discreet, reliable, take pride in own work, hands on, hardworking, flexible, able to demonstrate self-sufficiency and autonomy, provide very high standards.
As the property is brand new, the principals would like for the Domestic Couple to take charge and help maintain their home as well as the grounds.
The principals will visit the house 2-3 months of the year.
Days & Hours of work: 5 days a week (including weekends when the family is in residence) Approximately 8 hours a day, with flexibility
Requirement: Clean driving licence
Duties and responsibilities:
Housekeeper:
- The housekeeper will be able to provision and manage the household and undertake the day-to-day housekeeping duties. These duties will include managing subcontract cleaners and carrying out the general deep cleaning and dressing of the house to 5* standards, polishing furniture, doing all the laundry including bedlinen.
- Dressing the house ready for the arrival of the family is essential.
- Provide simple healthy nutritious meals when required and assist when the rest of the family and friends visits on occasion.
Maintenance and Handyman:
- Partner to care for some of the light day-to-day maintenance and managing the estate. Cleaning of cars/bikes and be able to undertake any maintenance duties around the property. You will need to deal with any indoor maintenance as required.
- Chauffeur runs for the family.
- Both - also deal with security, deep cleaning, manage external contractors, gardeners, deal with suppliers etc
Accommodation: lovely separate two bedrooms cottage – due to the nature of the role no dependants/pets
Start Date: July/ August 2024
Salary: £70,000.00 gross per year
Unless otherwise specified a minimum of 2 years relevant experience is required to receive the advertised rate of pay
