- Description
Our returning clients is looking a Nanny/PA for a Maternity Cover for 10 months.
The ideal Live-out Nanny/PA will be responsible for providing exceptional care for their children (9 and 6 y.o.) while also assisting with administrative tasks and household management.
Must be an organized and proactive individual and Driver’s license essential.
Duties:
- Care for children, help with homework, cook healthy meals.
- Liaise with school via email, the school app and parents WhatsApp group.
- To be across the existing schedule of after school clubs during term time.
- Organize play dates for both children, but with consultation with the parents.
- Plan holiday camps, excursions & day trips during school holidays.
- Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, assisting with travel arrangements, organizing household paperwork, and running errands.
- Weekly online shopping + local food shopping.
- Communicating effectively with parents to provide updates on children’s activities and well-being.
- Assist with household management tasks as needed.
- Coordinate with other staff members, who work with the parents, to ensure a smooth running of the family home and lives.
- Accept deliveries/orders and organize returns, deal with daily post.
- Occasional travel with the family.
- Gatekeeping and being primary point of contact.
- Family travel management, including booking flights, accommodation, and transportation.
- Coordinate repairs as necessary, liaising with contractors and service providers.
- Oversee the house for the principal’s departure/arrival, including stocking supplies.
- Available for babysitting during weekdays, including occasional overnight stay when parents away. Paid extra
- Help with the care of family cats (2), vet visits
- Family has other two properties that you will overlook the running of.
Start: Beginning of September 2024
Working days/hours: Mon-Fri, 8am-6pm
Salary: around £55k gross per year pro rata – negotiable depending on qualifications and experience.
Unless otherwise specified a minimum of 2 years relevant experience is required to receive the advertised rate of pay
