Description

On behalf of our UHNW client, we are seeking an experienced Live-in Property Manager to oversee an 80-acre estate in Greenwich, CT. This role demands expertise in property renovations, managing construction staff, and overseeing building projects. The responsibilities will evolve to include comprehensive management of the estate, ensuring all aspects are maintained in excellent working order within a multi-property portfolio.


This position may also be suitable for a couple, combining Property Manager and Housekeeper/Chef.


The role is available for an immediate start and we will only select candidates who meet our client's specific requirements and who are eligible to live and work in the United States.


The ideal Property Manager will be down-to-earth, professional, personable, and capable of multi-tasking. They must be extremely detail-oriented, with a hands-on approach and a positive mindset. The candidate should be experienced in managing estates that include both livestock and stylish interiors, and must be drama-free.


Key responsibilities include the day-to-day management of the estate's construction activities and regular liaison with the family office team, providing detailed updates and plans of action.


Duties:



  • Manage the property, home renovations and management of contractors

  • Hands on with contractors and building works

  • Oversee the progress of renovation work and ensure it meets the required standards and timelines

  • Turn down and close/open and the homes in a timely manor

  • The candidate or couple will be expected to wear uniform provided by our client

  • Act as the primary point of contact between the property owner and estate staff.

  • Communicate regularly with the property owners and family office team to provide updates and address any concerns.

  • Coordinate with external parties

  • Oversee the upkeep and maintenance of the estate's grounds, gardens, buildings, and other facilities

  • Ensure the property is well-maintained and in good repair pre and post building works Coordinate with the family's personal assistants and other staff to meet their needs and preferences.


Working days: 5 days per week (must be flexible with hours and days)


Salary: $75,000 – 125,000


Accommodation: Live-in


Unless otherwise specified a minimum of 5 years+ relevant experience is required to receive the advertised rate of pay
