Live-out Educational Support in Chelsea

On behalf of our client, we are seeking an exceptional individual with a strong educational background to join their family and help support the academic, personal, and emotional development of their two young children, aged 6 and 4.

This is a unique and exciting role. The family is looking for a warm, intelligent, proactive, and highly organised educator who enjoys working with curious, capable trilingual children and who can provide structure, encouragement, and intellectual engagement after school.

Both children attend academically demanding schools and enjoy a more challenging and exciting academic structure.

The ideal educator will have a strong educational background and a genuine interest in child development and learning. Plus, a graduate degree or postgraduate study would be highly desirable.

Hours: Part – time (Flexible days), typically 3:00PM – 7:00PM

Duties include:

• Supporting homework, study habits, and academic organisation


• Encouraging intellectual curiosity and independent learning


• Helping manage after-school routines and activities


• Supporting extracurricular interests and educational enrichment


• Providing mentoring, encouragement, and emotional support


• Assisting with logistics related to the children's schedules and activities


• Liaising with parents regarding progress, challenges, and opportunities


• Creating a calm, structured and stimulating environment after school

Salary: £50K - £75K gross per year

Start Date: As soon as possible

Unless otherwise specified, a minimum of 2 years’ relevant experience is required to receive the advertised rate of pay.
