- Description
We are looking for a Property Manager/All-rounder for our private client based in New Cairo, to join a welcoming household.
This role will suit someone who has previously worked on Luxury Yachts, has covered Property Management and PA duties for private clients and/or individuals, and is looking for their next long-term role. The ideal Property Manager/PA will be discrete, calm, trustworthy, use own initiative, reliable, team player, happy to work alongside a dedicated and loyal Chef who has been with the principal for over 8 years. There is an assistant Chef and two Housekeepers who work for the principal currently.
Main duties are but not limited to:
- Running and bringing the main 12-bedroom villa in New Cairo to a high standard
- Managing two housekeepers
- Some PA duties when the principal travels
- Looking after another 3-bedroom villa
- Serve food & drinks on the Yacht (2/3 days at a time & training will be provided by the captain, working alongside the main stewardess
Working days: Full time, 5-day week, no set days off so flexibility is a must.
Please note: The principal travels throughout the year so there will be a lot of down time. In addition, all staff get time off between 15th December – 2nd January.
Package
- Salary: €6,500 per month / €6,000 per month + €500 food allowance per month
- Accommodation: A separated house
- Car will be provided
Start: ASAP – but willing to wait for the right person
Unless otherwise specified a minimum of 2 years relevant experience is required to receive the advertised rate of pay
